Tea...what can we say about tea? The better question is, what can't we say about tea? Good quality luxury tea, always speaks for itself. Wherever luxury tea is served, luxury itself is served, and luxury is expected. High tea, afternoon tea, or simply luxury loose-leaf tea, the use of luxury teas impacts the overall experience of customers and guests, business owners, servers, and sellers of the tea too. We all know and feel a sense of "poshness" when luxury tea is being sold and/or served.
I started out with tea when I was 33. My son was 5, in school, and I wanted a job during those hours. I became a server at a tea room, The Dove's Nest in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Everything was made from scratch; the scones accompanied by fresh Devonshire cream, the pies, the soups, the chicken salad, the tuna salad, the steamed ginger cake with the homemade lemon curd and whipped cream. The curtains & and aprons were handmade. The furniture was handmade and painted by Mennonites. Naturally, the tea had to match this level of quality, and it did. Ladies who lunch came in every day, ordered their individual stainless steel double insulated tea pots of fresh loose tea. Flavors like Cream Earl Grey, a black tea with a hint of Lavender and Bergamot, or Rooibos Provence, a red tea from South Africa with more antioxidants than green tea, no caffeine, and no tannins, in fact, Rooibos is such a clean red tea, moms in South Africa feed it to their babies for colic.
In addition to the luxurious traditional black, green, and herbal teas, we carry blends formulated for internal and external wellness; Jet lag, weight loss, mental focus, immunity boosters, antioxidants, skin elixir teas, Collagen Booster, Cold and flu fighters, the list goes on and on, these incredible, non-toxic, non-caffeinated and zero tannin teas, are better than any cosmetic or skincare cream on the market, they work from the inside out.
We carry over 15 loose-leaf teas at a time. We have an extensive brewing station with 15 Italian glass and stainless steel brewing pots. Each pot has 6 buttons, one each for brewing Green, Red/Herbal/Fruit, Oolong, White, and Black tea, and a warming button. The temperature for each tea is very important. The infuser goes directly into the water of the kettle for the most perfect brew. We brew first thing in the morning to prepare samples of each tea. You are welcome to come in and literally taste every tea we carry before you buy.
We sell those Italian brewers as well, they retail for $99.
