Yes. We will gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase for hard goods . We cannot accept returns on plants because they are living things. Believe it or not they can “catch” colds and it’s a health risk. We will gladly look at your plants if they’re sick or you’re having trouble with them. Please see care instructions once you have your plants at home. As for teas, if the original bag is returned in the original sealed bag we will exchange the tea. We can’t resell tea once it’s been returned which means we cannot refund money for it.
